What time will the dumpster be delivered?
Dumpster Delivery: What to Expect
Dumpster deliveries are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. We typically begin deliveries around 4:30 AM with the aim of completing them by 12:00 PM.
While we strive for timely delivery, please understand that factors beyond our control can affect the schedule, including:
- Weather conditions (e.g., rain)
- Dump congestion
- Distance between locations
- Unforeseen issues (e.g., blown tires)
Rest assured, your dumpster is guaranteed to be delivered on the date specified on your invoice. You’re welcome to call us on the delivery day for an estimated time of arrival (ETA).
Important: If your project requires the dumpster to be on-site early in the day, we highly recommend scheduling delivery for the day before to avoid any potential delays.
Expect automated notification reminders the day before and morning of drop off and reminders before pick up.

I've filled my dumpster before my rental period ends and need it emptied and returned. What should I do?
If you’ve filled your dumpster and require an early Pick up, Dump, and Return service, you can easily request this through our online order form.
Please be aware of the following important details for this service:
- The cost of a Dump and Return service is equivalent to a 1-day rental for your dumpster size.
- This service will adhere strictly to your original rental agreement, including but not limited to weight allowances and approved materials.
- It is crucial that the dumpster is properly loaded to ensure a successful pick-up.
- By ordering, you understand and agree that no refunds will be issued for canceled service orders or for failed pickups resulting from:
- No access to the dumpster
- Improperly filled dumpsters
- Dumpsters containing unapproved materials
- Your request will be added to our schedule and completed as soon as possible, prioritizing existing scheduled services and adhering to dump operating hours. This service can only be performed during your current, active rental period.
- Your card on file will be used for payment, per your dumpster rental agreement.
As always, you will be notified when the driver is on the way.
How long does it take to load a dumpster?
While every situation is different, generally 2 people can load our 20 cubic yard dumpster in about 3-4 hours of constant work. The majority of our customers choose 1 or 2 day rental periods.
do you offer junk removal?
yes we offer full service junk removal and free estimates either online or in person.
do you offer long term dumpster rental?
no we only offer short term rentals. 1,2,3 or 5 days (depends on dumpster size). It is best practice to have everything piled up with easy access to where the dumpster will be placed in order to load it as quickly as possible.
do you take concrete/ asphalt?
No, we do not take concrete, asphalt, dirt, rocks, gravel.
do you take construction debris?
Yes. however we do not take paint, dirt, gravel, rocks, gas, oils concrete, asphalt.
do you offer 30, or 40 cubic yard dumpsters?
No, our size options are 12, 15, and 20 cubic yards. We have an online gallery to help you decide what size best fits your project.
Do you take green waste?
Yes, however we do not take dirt. so no stumps
does green waste have different pricing?
as long as there is 100% green waste (absolutely no trash) then there is no weight overage charge. Intent to dispose of green waste must be communicated when filling out dumpster estimate request form.
when do I pay for the dumpster rental?
in order to receive a dumpster, the invoice must be paid and a card must be on file for overages or fees.
when do i pay for junk removal?
Junk Removal job payment is due as soon as the job is completed.
how do i pay?
We accept all major credit cards and use secure electronic invoicing.
What is the process to rent a dumpster?
How to Book Your Dumpster
Booking your dumpster is a straightforward process:
- Click the green “Dumpster Estimate” button, located throughout our website.
- Fill out the form to receive your personalized estimate.
- Once you accept the estimate, an invoice will be sent to you along with a rental agreement to sign.
- After signing the rental agreement at the bottom, a payment button will appear, allowing you to easily complete your transaction.
Important Note: All rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis. Prompt payment is essential to secure your desired rental period, as delays may result in another customer booking the available dumpster, requiring you to reschedule.
is everything included in the dumpster price?

Our transparent pricing covers everything you need:
- A weight allowance of 1.5 tons (3,000 lbs) for our 12 cubic yard dumpster, or 2 tons (4,000 lbs) for our 15 and 20 cubic yard dumpsters.
- The rental duration you chose.
- All delivery and pick-up fees.
Additional Charges: Please be aware that tires, mattresses, and box springs incur an extra $20 fee per item.

During the on-site estimate, we’ll confirm the final price. Factors like ease of access will influence the cost, ensuring accuracy. After you accept the estimate, we’ll promptly remove your items, and you’ll pay once the job is complete.
